Find a treatment plan

To find a specific treatment plan or to change the date range of the display, use the boxes at the top of the screen.

For example, to display treatment plans that are older than 30 days, type a new start date that is older than 30 days, and then click Search.

To find a treatment plan, follow these steps:
  1. Type one or more of the following criteria:
    • patient name
    • Eviti code
    • provider name
    • insurance ID
    • start and end date
  2. If appropriate, choose a line of business from the Select a Line of Business drop-down list.
  3. To view only medical oncology (chemotherapy) or radiation oncology treatment plans, choose a value from the Treatment Plan drop-down list.
  4. Click Search.

The tabs at the bottom of the screen display only the treatment plans that match your selected criteria. Your selected criteria appear in the Active Filters section.

To clear all filters and return to the default display, click Clear All Filters.

To find a new treatment plan, update the criteria, and then click Search. Remember to click Search whenever you add to or edit the search criteria.
