Reprocess a denied treatment plan

Providers may request that you reprocess a treatment plan that you previously denied. The following scenarios may occur:

  • If you denied the treatment plan because the peer-to-peer clinical discussion never occurred, the provider may request that we reopen the treatment plan to reschedule it. We call this the reconsideration process.

  • If you denied the treatment plan because you consider it inappropriate care, the provider may appeal your decision.

    Note: The workflow to appeal a denied treatment plan is an add-on feature that is available at an extra cost. Contact your NantHealth Eviti account manager to implement this workflow.
