Deactivate a user's account
Deactivate a user's account if they no longer work for the payer or they no longer need to access the payer dashboard.
We recommend that you deactivate a user's account instead of deleting the user's account.
- In Payer Administration, click the Payer Users tab.
- Find the user who you want to deactivate, and then click Edit in the Actions column.
- Click Deactivate to deactivate the user's account.
If the user tries to log into Eviti Connect, a message indicates that their account is not active, and to contact NantHealth Support.
