Example

If enabled, providers see an additional screen in which they indicate if the treatment plan needs a standard or urgent review.

If they choose urgent, they see a message with information and instructions.

Best practice

Disable this feature. If enabled, providers may mark all reviews as urgent. If the treatment plan review is urgent, the provider can call NantHealth Support at 1-888-482-8057.
