If your business requires it, you can require the user to provide site of service information when they enter the treatment plan.

Example

If required, the user chooses Inpatient or Outpatient from the Site of Service menu, and then types the site of service name, TIN, NPI, and address.

You can choose which site of service information to include on the form. For example, you can ask for site of service name and address only, or you can also ask for TIN and NPI.

Best practice

To minimize the information that a user must enter, ask for site of service information only if your business requires it.
