NantHealth Support must reactivate your account if you haven't signed into Eviti Connect in a year.

Why can't I sign in?

If you type your correct email address and password and you still can't sign in, call NantHealth Support at 1-888-482-8057. This may occur if you haven't signed into Eviti Connect within a year. NantHealth Support must reactivate your account.
