Review and submit the treatment plan
In the final step, carefully review the treatment plan before you submit it. If necessary, you can edit the treatment plan.

On the Treatment Plan Summary screen,
do the following:
- Click Previous to change the treatment plan.
- To add additional drugs or therapies, click click here in the "If additional drugs/therapies are being prescribed, click here to add them" text at the top of the screen.
- Click Print to print the treatment plan.

To submit the treatment plan, click Submit Treatment Plan.
- If the treatment plan meets evidence-based guidelines, you see a message indicating that you have successfully generated an Eviti code for the treatment plan. You also see the payer's Eviti code definition, and any instructions that they chose to provide.
- If the treatment plan requires medical review, you see a message indicating that we sent the treatment plan for review.

Click Close.
The Saved Treatments screen appears. The treatment plan that you submitted appears in the list.
If the treatment plan requires medical review, our medical team reviews it. If you need an expedited medical review, call NantHealth Support at 1-888-482-8057.
After we complete the review, you receive an email that indicates whether we issued an Eviti code to the treatment plan. If we issued an Eviti code, the email includes the payer's Eviti code definition, and instructions about what to do next.
If you have an Eviti code and you need the authorization right away, please call the payer. Find their number on the patient's member ID card.
