Define who receives email notifications

We email you a notification when we generate an Eviti code for a treatment plan, when we recommend that you reject a treatment plan, and when we request your approval for a medically justified variance.

We can send each type of notification to a separate email, if required.

Here is an example of the email you receive when we approve a treatment plan and generate an Eviti code for it:

Email text indicates that we generated an Eviti code for a member under your coverage, and provides a link to the payer dashboard to view the treatment plan.

Best practice

For easier maintenance, provide one email distribution list or one shared email for all three notification types.
