Manage your account

Review or update your contact information, password, and security questions and answers. If you're a provider, you can also update your NPIs, tax IDs, and state licenses.

  1. From any page, click My Account in the top menu bar.
  2. On the My Account Information screen, review and update your information.
    To review or update this information...Do this...
    Your email address Click Edit Email Address next to the Account Email Address section.
    Your name, address, phone; and if you're a provider, your NPIs, tax IDs, or state licenses Click Edit Contact Information next to the Contact Information section.
    Your password or security questions and answers Click Change Password or Edit Security Questions in the Account Security Questions section.
