Find a treatment plan
To find a treatment plan, fill in one or more of the
criteria at the top of the screen, and then click Search.
To display treatment plans that are older than 30 days, type a new start date that is older than 30 days.
The tabs at the bottom of the screen display only the treatment plans that match your selected criteria. Your selected criteria appear in the Active Filters section.
To clear all filters and return to the default display, click Clear All Filters.
To find a new treatment plan, update the criteria, and then click Search. Remember to click Search whenever you add to or edit the search criteria.
