Eviti Connect is an online system that lets you submit treatment plans to payers for preauthorization.
An Eviti code means that the treatment plan follows evidence-based guidelines and health plan language, and represents appropriate care for the patient.
To register, go to Eviti Connect.
Go to Eviti Connect, click Login, and then click Forgot Password.
NantHealth Support must reactivate your account if you haven't signed into Eviti Connect in a year.
